Cyprus issues CRS decree

The Cypriot Minister of Finance issued a Decree (the Decree) on December 30, 2015, relating to the application of the Organization of Economic Co-operation and Development Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on the Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information. The Decree was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic on December 31, 2015 and came into effect as of January 1, 2016.
