UAE introduces new immigration requirements and changes to online application system

The Ministry of Labor (MoL) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has introduced a number of new process requirements and changes to the online immigration systems, with effect from January 1, 2016. The changes that affect companies registered on the Dubai mainland (onshore) are in line with the MoL's goal to continuously develop their immigration processes and to protect employer and employee working relationships.
