Law simplifying income tax system enters into force in Chile

On February 8, 2016, Chile published Law No. 20,899, simplifying the income tax system in the Chilean Official Gazette. The Law is enacted as of its date of publication.

The main modifications introduced by the Law were addressed in detail in Tax Alert 2016-217.
