Italy eases rules on claiming foreign tax credits

Italy has published a decree which affects how it applies foreign tax credits for Italian resident individuals with income from other countries. The changes, which take effect from the 2015 tax year, should reduce the delays in claiming foreign tax credits and make it easier to do so for a wider range of foreign taxes.
