New Russian Law impacts provision of personnel

Russia's Federal Law No. 116-FZ of May 5, 2014, Concerning the Introduction of Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation, came into force as of January 1, 2016. The Law mainly regulates the provision of personnel by recruiting agencies. Nevertheless, it also affects legal entities (not recruiting agencies) by providing a narrow definition of other legal entities that may second employees, as well as general requirements for them.
