Angola establishes regime to report non-compliant taxpayers

The Angolan Government published Executive Decree no. 111/16 on March 1, establishing the formal rules and procedures that had been previously set forth in Presidential Decree no. 66/11, of April 18, 2011. As a result, the Angolan Tax Administration (AGT) is now responsible for preparing, on a quarterly basis, a list of non-compliant taxpayers.
