Alberta budget 2016-17 discussed

Alberta Finance Minister Joe Ceci tabled the province's fiscal 2016-17 budget on April 14. The budget contains several tax measures affecting individuals and corporations. The minister anticipates a deficit of $10.4 billion for 2016-17, and projects deficits for at least the next two years.
