21 April 2016 Europe's new directive on rules governing posted workers discussed The European Commission has introduced a new directive on a number of rules that govern employees posted across borders within the EU. Issues such as equal rules on the remuneration of posted workers, the use of temporary work agencies and the treatment that applies to those posted for long periods of time are addressed in the directive, which has to be implemented by EU member states before June 18.
