12 May 2016 Six additional countries sign tax cooperation agreement enabling automatic exchange of country-by-country reports Six additional countries signed the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development's (OECD's) Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement (MCAA) on May 12, for the automatic exchange of Country-by-Country (CbC) reports bringing the number of signatories up to 39. The signing of the MCAA took place during the 10th plenary meeting of the OECD Forum on Tax Administration (FTA) in Beijing, People's Republic of China, and marks another key milestone in the implementation of the G20/OECD Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) project.
