Angola's Special Contribution on Current Invisible Transactions is effective for 2016

Upon the approval of the Angolan State Budget for 2016, Presidential Legislative Decree no. 2/15, of June 29, 2015, which had approved the Special Contribution on Current Invisible Transactions, was revoked and simultaneously incorporated in that law. As a result, this Special Contribution will be enforced for a limited period of time (i.e., effective only in 2016) since it has become part of the State Budget Law, which is only effective for the respective calendar year.
