Poland continues legislative work on draft bill specifying Polish source of income rules

The draft bill specifying Polish source of income rules was sent for further consultation to another body within Poland's Ministry of Finance on May 31. At this stage, the proposal has not yet been presented to the Parliament. The proposal includes certain types of income which shall be considered a Polish source income, but the list is still open-ended.
