12 July 2016 Netherlands' employment terms for seconded EU personnel discussed The Dutch Upper House adopted a bill on May 31, which lays down the employment terms of employees posted to the Netherlands from another EU member state. This legislation came into force on June 18, and includes substantial rules on record keeping and information reporting to allow the government to monitor compliance.
