South Africa publishes draft tax amendment bills for comment

South Africa's National Treasury and the South African Revenue Service published the 2016 Draft Taxation Laws Amendment Bill (DTLAB) and the 2016 Draft Tax Administration Laws Amendment Bill (DTALAB) on July 8, for comment. Comments are due by the close of business on August.
