Poland's new law introduces regulatory requirements for international secondments in line with EU regulations on posted workers

The Polish Act on the Posting of Workers entered into force on June 18. This regulates the seconding of staff to work in Poland on international assignment and mandates a number of compulsory obligations which must be fulfilled within three months of the Act's effective date (18 September). These obligations include notifying the relevant authorities and ensuring the posting is properly documented.
