Lithuania rolls out new tax administration system

The Lithuanian tax authorities are rolling out a new intelligent tax administration system called i.MAS. Implementation of i.MAS will begin in October 2016. The system consists of eight integrated elements designed to automate the collection and analysis of tax data to help to support the tax authorities in performing tax audits and carrying out other tax administration functions.
