Norwegian Government issues 2017 Fiscal Budget

The Norwegian Government published its proposal for the 2017 Fiscal Budget on October 6. The proposal will now be debated by the Norwegian Parliament, and subject to any changes made by the Parliament, be approved in December 2016.
