New Zealand's residence requirements more onerous due to significant policy changes

The New Zealand Government has announced significant changes to the Residence Program effective October 12. The changes are an effort by the government to manage the increased demand for residence visas, reduce the overall number of residence visas granted by 5,000 in the next two years, and increase the overall skill level of permanent migrants to New Zealand.
