Substantial changes announced to Canada's Express Entry system

After consulting a number of stakeholders over the past number of month, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has announced significant changes to the Express Entry program. The changes will impact who will (or will not) now qualify to apply for Canadian Permanent Residence under the Federal Skilled Worker Program, the Canadian Experience Class and the Federal Skilled Trades Program.
