15 November 2016 Uruguay signed the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement Uruguay signed the OECD's Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement to automatically exchange financial accounts information under the Common Reporting Standard on November 2, 2016. The Undersecretary of Economy signed the agreement at the meeting of the Global Forum on Transparency and Information Exchange for Fiscal Purposes held in Tbilisi, Georgia.
