A new 10-year visitor visa stream known as the 'Frequent Traveler' came into effect on November 19 to encourage visitors from China to Australia. The introduction of the 'Frequent Traveler' stream is a welcome addition to the existing visitor visa framework. This visa permits both tourism and business visitor activities and is initially available to Chinese passport holders.
