Russia's bill on tax policy objectives passes third reading in State Duma

The Russian Finance Ministry (the Ministry) published a draft of The Main Tax Policy Objectives for 2017 and the Planning Period 2018 and 2019 (the Draft). Some of the provisions contained in that draft were incorporated into Bill No. 11078-7 (the Bill), which is now being considered by the State Duma. The first hearing of the Bill took place on November 2, the second on November 16, and the third took place on November 18.
