20 December 2016 Luxembourg's Law on tax reform 2017 has VAT implications The Luxembourg Parliament voted and approved draft law no. 7020 on December 14, on the tax reform 2017, introducing a series of value added tax (VAT) changes. The law is essentially in line with the measures initially submitted to the Luxembourg Parliament but there were some important changes made.
