Kansas 2017 withholding tables remain the same as 2016, 2016 Forms W-2 due February 28, 2017

The Kansas Department of Revenue announced that the 2017 withholding tables will remain the same as for 2016.

The withholding tax guide in effect since January 2015 has not been updated for 2017.

2016 Forms W-2/1099 filing

The Department continues to require the calendar year 2016 Forms W-2/1099 to be filed by February 28, 2017. The agency will not match the new federal calendar year 2016 submission deadline of January 31, 2017. Employers filing 51 or more Forms W-2 or 1099 must file electronically.
