The House Ways and Means Committee has announced witnesses for the hearing tomorrow, May 18 (at 10:00 a.m.), on "How Tax Reform Will Grow Our Economy and Create Jobs."

Following is a list of the witnesses along with descriptions provided by the Committee:

— John J. Stephens, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, AT&T Inc.John Stephens is Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at AT&T Inc. Mr. Stephens is responsible for financial planning and taxes for AT&T, which employs more than 200,000 Americans and has invested $135 billion in the US over the past five years.

— Zachary J. Mottl, Chief Alignment Officer, Atlas Tool Works, Inc.Zachary Justin Mottl is the fourth generation of his family to own and operate Atlas Tool Works, which employs 80 people. In 2015, Mr. Mottl was appointed by US Commerce Secretary Penny Pritzker to serve a two-year term on the Manufacturing Council, which serves as the principal private sector advisory committee to the Secretary of Commerce on the United States manufacturing sector. At 35 years old, Mr. Mottl was the youngest Chairman of the Technology and Manufacturing Association of Illinois. Mr. Mottl was also appointed by Illinois Governor Pat Quinn to the Taxpayer Action Board and Broadband Deployment Council of Illinois.

— David N. Farr, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Emerson Electric Co.David Farr is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Emerson Electric, which employs 80,000 people across the world. Mr. Farr participated in President Trump's Manufacturing Jobs Initiative and as Chairman of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) board of directors. Mr. Farr is also on the board of directors for the US-China Business Council and also a member of the board of directors of IBM.

— Douglas L. Peterson, President and Chief Executive Officer, S&P Global. Douglas L. Peterson is President and Chief Executive Officer of S&P Global, which employs 20,000 people across the world. He also serves as co-Chair of the Bipartisan Policy Center's Executive Council on Infrastructure, where he has led a working group of corporate CEOs and executives in developing recommendations to help address the country's infrastructure challenges and facilitate increased private sector investment in US infrastructure.

— Steven Rattner, Chairman, Willett Advisors LLC.Steven Rattner is Chairman of Willett Advisors LLC, the investment arm for former New York Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg's personal and philanthropic assets. Previously, Mr. Rattner served as Counselor to the Secretary of the Treasury, overseeing the Obama Administration's effort to restructure the automobile industry. Mr. Rattner was also the Managing Principal of Quadrangle Group LLC, a private investment firm, until 2010.
