Russia's Federal Tax Service published a draft Order approving a new form of notification of controlled transactions

Russia’s Federal Tax Service issued a draft Order on May 5, for public discussion, which makes changes to the standard form of a notification of controlled transactions. The purpose of the Order is to bring the controlled transaction notification form and the procedure for completing it into line with the latest amendments to Russian law. The Order is expected to come into force on January 1, 2018 and apply with respect to the reporting of controlled transactions concluded by taxpayers in 2017 and thereafter.
