26 January 2018 OECD launches International Compliance Assurance Program pilot The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) announced the launch of the International Compliance Assurance Program (ICAP) pilot on January 23. The pilot is being led by the OECD Forum on Tax Administration (FTA), and focuses on the multilateral risk assessment and resulting tax assurance of large Multinational Enterprise (MNE) groups.
