In a monthly column published in BNA's Tax Management International Journal, Current Status of Legislation Relating to U.S. International Tax Rules, members of Ernst & Young's International Tax Services group report on significant bills introduced in the first session of the 115th Congress that would affect international provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.

Bills are listed in chronological order, based on date of introduction. New material is indicated in bold italics, and this column is current as of December 29, 2017.
