Slovakia's amended tax laws may affect pharmaceutical sector

Slovakia's approved Amendment to Act no. 595/2003 Coll. on Income Tax (ITA) and approved Amendment to Act no. 222/2004 Coll. on Value Added Tax (VATA), bring significant changes to the tax laws. Effective January 1, 2018, these amendments may affect pharmaceutical companies.
