20 April 2018 Cyprus and Saudi Arabia sign first double tax treaty Cyprus and Saudi Arabia have signed an Income Tax Treaty for the avoidance of double taxation and fiscal evasion regarding taxes on income (the Treaty). The Treaty is expected to enter into force as of January 1, 2019, provided that the ratification process is completed by both countries during 2018.
