Kenya issues Tax Amendment Bill, 2018

Kenya's Tax Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2018 (the Bill) dated April 10, and tabled in Parliament on April 17, proposes amendments to the Income Tax Act, Stamp Duty Act, and the Value Added Tax Act. The Bill is now open for public consultation. Comments are due by April 30.
