24 May 2018 Peruvian Congress approves the Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters On May 17, 2018, the Peruvian Congress enacted Legislative Resolution 30774, approving the Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters (the Convention). The Convention was signed by Peru on October 25, 2017. According to Peruvian legislation, the Convention requires the approval of the Congress and the ratification of the President.
