Highlights from the Canada Revenue Agency's 2017 APA Program Report

The Canada Revenue Agency released its Advance Pricing Arrangement Program Report for the 2017 calendar year on July 12. The 2017 APA Program Report provides an overview of the operations of the Canadian APA program, including statistical analyses of APAs completed and in process. In 2017, there were 36 APAs completed, the most completions seen in the last 10 years. Interest in the program remained high, with 24 applications received in 2017, a number in line with the historic annual average.
