15 August 2018 Ukraine signs Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent BEPS Ukraine signed the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent BEPS (the MLI) on July 23. At the time of signature, Ukraine submitted a list of 77 tax treaties entered into by Ukraine and other jurisdictions that Ukraine would like to designate as Covered Tax Agreements (CTAs), i.e., tax treaties to be amended through the MLI. Together with the list of CTAs, Ukraine also submitted a provisional list of reservations and notifications (MLI positions) regarding the various provisions of the MLI.
