Portugal publishes Ministerial Order regulating Beneficial Owner Central Registry

The Portuguese Government published Ministerial Order 233/2018 on August 21, that regulates certain aspects of the legal regime of the Beneficial Owner Central Registry (BOCR) (approved by Law 89/2017, of August 21, 2017). This Ministerial Order will enter into force on October 1.
