19 October 2018 New Jersey 2018 Form W-2 specifications released, filing due date remains February 28, 2019 The New Jersey Division of Taxation has released the calendar year 2018 Form W-2 electronic filing specifications. According to the specifications, the deadline for filing remains at February 28, 2019, rather than conforming to the federal Form W-2 deadline of January 31, 2019. The booklet contains the necessary instructions needed to file W-2 information via E-File. When filing via E-File, you must also complete and mail submitter form NJ-EFW2-S together with the associated Form NJ-W-3, Employer Reconciliation. The entire package is due by February 28, 2019.??
