Panama Pacifico Agency suspends administrative proceedings due to the national state of emergency declaration in Panama

Administrative proceedings are suspended until the national state of emergency is lifted.

Given the current situation in Panama due to the COVID-19 pandemic and to mitigate the spread of the virus, the Panama Pacifico Agency (the Agency) issued Administrative Resolution No. 032-2020 of 2020 (the Resolution), suspending administrative proceedings from March 26, 2020, until the national state of emergency is lifted.

The Resolution also limits the hours the Agency will be available to the public. The Agency will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. However, the Agency could attend to cases of extreme urgency on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
