Ohio County, Kentucky occupational license tax rate increases effective July 1, 2020

Ohio County, Kentucky ordinance 2O2O-7 amends the city's occupational license fee by increasing the rate from 1.0% to 1.25%, effective July 1, 2020.

The occupational license fee is withheld on all covered wages paid to employees working within Ohio County and is paid on net business profits for anyone doing business within Ohio County.
