With the US presidential election less than a month away, understanding the current and proposed tax policies and associated infrastructure program priorities of both the Trump Administration and the Biden-Harris campaign is essential.

While the outcome of the election is unknown, in this 75-minute discussion, our panel will help you prepare and adapt for either scenario and examine the implications for tax and infrastructure-related projects. This discussion may be of interest to infrastructure and private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as corporate tax professionals.

The discussion will focus specifically on:

  • Summary of the proposed tax policies and associated infrastructure program priorities of the Biden-Harris presidential campaign and their potential impact on infrastructure investors and transactions
