The IRS Tax Exempt & Government Entities division (TE/GE) has published its Fiscal Year 2021 Program Letter, listing priorities for the current fiscal year. At the end of each quarter, TE/GE will post information about additional priorities on its new Compliance Program and Priorities webpage. A Tax Alert is forthcoming.
