Biden projected to be next president: Policy possibilities

Former Vice President Joe Biden has been declared the winner of the presidential race and Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA) will be the Vice President. However, control of the Senate is unknown and is likely to be determined by a pair of Georgia runoff elections on January 5. As such, the ambition of Biden's agenda hinges on control of the Senate.
