Tuesday, January 26. Update on federal tax credits and business relief following enactment of Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021, 3:30 p.m. ET. Please join us for an in-depth discussion of recently released final Treasury regulations that provide additional guidance for applying the Section 163(j) business interest expense limitation, including with respect to certain partnerships and controlled foreign corporations.
