House Financial Services grills Fed Chair Powell on monetary policy, pandemic relief, economic recovery, other issues

Powell is questioned on Fed's asset purchases, Community Reinvestment Act update, digital dollar, climate risks, SLR exclusion, LIBOR rate transition

The House Financial Services Committee held a hearing on February 24, on "Monetary Policy and the State of the Economy." The only witness was Federal Reserve Board Chairman Jerome Powell. Materials from the hearing are posted here.
