Thursday, April 22 | Potential US international tax reform (4 pm ET)

A discussion of Biden’s Made in America Tax Plan, OECD BEPS 2.0 developments and other recent proposals

With the new Biden Administration and Democratic control of Congress, there has been ongoing activity with respect to both US corporate income tax proposals and global proposals under the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development’s (OECD’s) BEPS 2.0 project. These proposals, if enacted, may be quite sweeping, with potentially material impact on the international taxation of US corporations. We invite you to join our webcast discussing these developments. Our panelists will cover:

  • President Biden’s Made in America Tax Plan – including the proposed changes to the US corporate tax rate, the global intangible low-taxed income (GILTI) provisions and the base erosion anti-abuse tax (BEAT) provisions
  • Other Senate and House tax proposals
  • OECD Pillar One and Pillar Two developments, the US response and how the OECD proposals may interact with any US tax reform

Date: Thursday, 22 April 2021

Time: 4:00–5:00 p.m. EDT New York; 1:00–2:00 p.m. PDT Los Angeles
