Thursday, May 6  | New York State pass-through entity tax webcast (2 pm ET)

The new pass-through entity (PTE) tax election in New York State was signed into law, as part of the enacted FY2021-22 budget bill S.2509-C/A.3009-C, by Governor Cuomo on April 19. Effective for tax years on or after January 1, 2021, the bill will increase tax rates for businesses and high-income individuals.
