U.S. District Court vacates Department of Labor's high-skilled wage rule

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on June 22 vacated the Department of Labor's high-skilled wage rule, based on agreement of both parties in the case of Chamber of Commerce of the United States of America v. United States Department of Homeland Security.
