The IRS has issued guidance (Notice 2021-53) for employers on how to properly report on Form W-2 any qualified sick and family leave wages they paid to employees for leave taken in 2021. This guidance takes into account recent legislation, including the Families First Coronavirus Response Act and the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
