Ways & Means infrastructure, energy, drug pricing titles released

House Ways & Means Committee Chairman Richard Neal (D-MA) late September 10 released Subtitles F, G, H, and J: Budget Reconciliation Legislative Recommendations Relating to Infrastructure Financing, Green Energy, Social Safety Net, and Prescription Drug Pricing for markup September 14, 2021 beginning at 9 AM. Brief descriptions of select provisions are in a table in the attached Tax Alert. The section-by-section summary on which the table was based is also attached.

(Note: some infrastructure and clean energy tax proposals require Davis-Bacon labor standards, prevailing wage requirements, and domestic content requirements.)
