USCIS conducts third random selection from previously submitted FY 2022 H-1B Cap registrations

On November 19, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced that it conducted a third random lottery and selected additional H-1B cap registrations to reach the fiscal year 2022 H-1B cap numerical allocations from a pool of previously submitted registrations. USCIS previously conducted two random selections during the year. The first random selection was conducted in March and the second random selection was conducted in August.
