On Saturday, December 11, 2021, Senate Finance Committee Chair Ron Wyden (D-OR), released updated text of the Finance Committee’s title of the Build Back Better Act (BBBA). A Tax Alert in today’s Tax News Update discusses changes the Committee proposes to the international tax provisions in the House version of the bill, which passed on November 19.
