BREAKING TAX NEWS | House Ways & Means Committee releases legislative text of tax provisions in budget reconciliation bill

Today, the House Ways & Means Committee released legislative text on the tax changes in the proposed "Build Back Better Act," as well as a section-by-section summary of the changes. The proposed changes would affect corporations, partnerships and individuals.

According to a press release, the Committee expects to mark up the bill on September 14-15, 2021. Tax Alerts on the proposed changes are forthcoming.
